Here's ours. 2008 CC F250 Powerstroke. H&S Mini Maxx, S&B CAI, Diamond Eye DPF/CAT delete pipe. Just over 18,000 miles on her. Yes thats 18,000 miles. We basically only use it for pulling the fiver.

and hooked up to the 322QBS. We have owned both since new in 2009.

Wow that's great I am looking to tow the same camper and was wondering how your F250 did with the 322QBS. I have the same exact trailer but a 2012 and am looking for a truck but dont want to shell out the big dollars for the 350 dually.

I love trucks, just something about them that says "hook something to the back of me and let's go"

Dont know but it doesnt look to heavy. My old 1500 denali had a tow rating of 10k with 410 gears so maybe its setup the same way?

We have the 328QBS, with the bunks in the rear instead of the front. According to the 2012 brochure I have, ours only weighs 200 pounds less than the 322.

You should have no problem with an F-250, IMHO. Ours handles and pulls really well. If I read my truck's label correctly, we are well within the limits. If you still don't feel sure about it, you could consider an F-350 w/single rear wheels.

It does really well. We have 3 kids and we like to have a libation or two during camping so the fiver gets loaded down pretty good when we leave. The 250 pulls like a dream. I get about 12-13 mpg pulling her depending on the speed, as it seems every 5mph more decreases by 1 mpg. With the DPF on it was more like 9-10.

I have a 1500 ram crew cab with the hemi. Tow rated for 8500+. The problem I see is the payload limits with the rear coil springs. What's the pin weight on that 5er?

The coils are soft, but a set of Airlift 1000 ($90) fixes that right up.
If you're rated for 8500# you have 3.55 rear end gears, so hills might be a bit more of a challenge, but problem? Nah.

Ok, my smart phone isn't as smart about taking the best pics, but here we are stopped off at the truckstop to stretch the legs a bit.

Does it appear setup in your eyes correctly? There are a lot of visual illusions to this model, but the trained eye can see if there are issues, there's plenty around here!
