Portable Jump Starter

I am going to get a Portable power station jump starter. I want a good one. What I've looked at they have different amp, like 500, 700, 1000, etc.. How many amps would I need to turn over a diesel? Mine is a Ford 6.7. What suggestions do you have? Thanks
