Raptor0818's posted images are blank and that is why I made a screen shot of what you, Marshall and I DID NOT SEE and some others did. Dunno as this is a new one on me.

Thanks bobbecky, for taking the time to research and help me. That bulb is not the one, the bulb that I need has a single hole where it makes contact in the light fixture. I will attempt to call Alpine today and see if they can help. By the way, not sure how the bulb receives power when it has only one electrical contact.

The center terminal would be your positive contact and the outer shell is the negative contact.

Do you see the base in the attached image of base types? Do you think the hole in the bottom is where a contact was that has fallen off?

The photo that Greg posted of the photos that nobody else can see, looks to me to be an LED array in a glass (or plastic) blub with the plastic base attached, but the metal "screw in base" still inside the lamp, not attached to the bulb....
I think the "hole in the bottom" and the "plastic so it's not the contact or ground" sort of give it away ?????
I'd first take a good flashlight, adjust your bi-focals so you can see "looking up" and get a pair of needle nose pliers to grasp the rest of that bulb and unscrew it from the lamp fixture.....

Don't know why I couldn't see the photo, still can't and now on my PC. Maybe my antivirus sees it at as an issue. Anyway, on the one link the photo is a bit out of focus so I can't see the base very very well. Can you post a pic looking directly into the base of the bulb and a photo of the light receptacle the bulb goes into.? If I had to guess I'd say the socket came off and is stuck on that bulb or that is some sort of shield.
And yes, you need two contact points to complete a circuit.

On the side of the fixture there is a sticker, which says replace with lamp model 69918/69919 manufactured by ITC. Called ITC spoke with a woman couldn't help and had me call a guy, went to voice mail, didn't get a call back today, maybe tomorrow. ITC has a brochure that it uses for commercial businesses. Not sure if they sell to public. I can see the bulb in the brochure on page three.

Well at least you know what you need now. I would consider buying a few as spares.

ITC appears to sell a lot of products in various areas for an RV. One of their distributors is Camping World and they have a big Amazon store. The Amazon lighting section doesn't show any individual bulb and it appears if a bulb is out, you replace the whole fixture. Here is the page with the lighting. Does one of these fixtures appear similar to yours?

Well, went to Camping World and they had no idea what I was talking about and I mean no idea.. Called two other independent rv dealers they had no idea either. I had called ITC the manufacturer of the light fixture after seeing the bulb on their website. I used the part # for reference at all rv dealers to no avail. I call ITC again and spoke with a guy Matt who was very helpful. I ordered two bulbs at $18 a piece (yes $18). Imagine you call only buy the bulb from them (ITC). Thank you everyone for your time and effort trying to help me.

I think I would be tempted to get rid of those fixtures and install some that used more readily available bubs.

I haveQUOTE=raptor0818;494754]Picture of bulb is below; also checked another bulb and there were no details on that one either.
I have the same issue about the same exact bulb. Did you ever find a replacement?
