Lap sealant bubble at screws

The roof lap sealant on my 18 month old Springdale travel trailer is forming a bubble above about 50% of the screws and at some areas of the flange. Some of them have "popped" and the seam or screw is exposed (see attached pics). I contacted Keystone and of course they told me this is a maintenance issue... I am waiting to hear back from Dicor to see what they say

On the bubbles that have popped I have dug around them, cleaned them and applied lap sealant... I can't believe this is a normal maintenance issue... sounds more like a bad installation...

Normal maintenance, should be checked and touched up every 90 days if sitting out in the weather... Mine stays under cover and I do mine on a 6 month cycle...

Probably wouldn't have used self-leveling around that antenna

It is considered normal maintenance after 90 days of ownership. I have resealed roofs and seen bubbles the next day, filled and went on with business.

Numerous factors will have an affect, like temp and humidity.

Same here, bubbles happen from time to time; clean 'em up and reseal. As Javi mentioned, every 90 days if stored outside or less frequently if stored inside.
