Tire or axle?

Noticed the rear left tire on my trailer looked a bit worn on the inside of the tread. All the other tires look fine. Bent axle maybe?

attached a photo of the rear vs front

Could be a few things. Check that wheel bearing ... camber on that side of axle or toe alignment.

We bent an axle on our trip to Alaska. Similar situation with inside wear on just one tire. Not sure why both tires on the bent axle didn’t show a similar wear pattern. Nonetheless we had the axle replaced and haven’t had any problems since. Another weird thing is that when I looked at it I couldn’t tell the axle was bent. The guy at the axle shop assured me the axle was bent, so I trusted him.

I had outside tier wear on one tire. Spoke to Lippert and did numerous measurements. Result was a bent axel. They sent me a new one and I have 5000 miles on it with the same tire. No additional signs of abnormal ware.

Also check all grommets and connections to your axle system behind the wheels. Sometimes a lose bolt or other things can cause that type of wear.
