Atwood He Fridge Freezer working but not fridge

Help! Our atwood Fridge freezer is cold but our fridge is hot. We had it out the month of June and it worked fine. It has been on for about 36 hours and the fridge is warm. Any Ideas? Ok I am changing my post it is not working at all now.

Is there anything in it? If you filled it up full it won't freeze too fast.

Nothing in it. Crazy thing. the fuses at the back of the unit are fine the breaker box when we pull that fuse the light that comes on when fuse is out did not light up other fuses are lighting up. Breaker is working well. LIghts are on in and on the fridge so it is getting power

If it quit all together, then I would suspect the cooling unit is kaput. Atwood was bought by Dometic and is not supplying parts as far as I know. You might be able to find rebuilt cooling unit, but He isn't that common.

If you do a search for Atwood Refrigerator problems on the forum, you'll find that there has been an issue with the refrigerator operating "normally". Seems (if I remember it all) that there was/is a problem with the refrigerator control board "detecting" the switch from gas to electric and not switching back properly, going into "limp mode" and not resetting until the unit was unplugged, all power removed (no 12 VDC or 120 VAC) and allowed to sit for a period of time, I think overnight). Then it would work normally until the next time the control board "detected" a problem with which power source to select. It didn't happen with every operation cycle and took the factory a long time to finally replicate the issue "in house". They made some changes to the control board that resolved the issue.

This may or may not be related to your current problem, but might give you some insight into not "blaming the whole unit" for not cooling, and focusing on the component level troubleshooting....... Good Luck not only with finding the problem but also with finding a replacement for what's busted. Atwood parts are getting "impossible to find".....
