Brown sticky stuff on ceiling

I have some brown sticky spots showing up in one area of my ceiling in my Hideout..I have side mounted A/C unit and the top vent cap is around that area but not directly above it, maybe 8" or so..Checked sealent around the vent and is in good shape....Do they glue the ceiling up and could that be glue coming through the ceiling, ceiling is not weak in any way.. Also have some sticky junk on one of the exterior walls of the bathroom inside the rig, feels like the ceiling ans sure seems like glue....can't tell you much more than that..

The ceiling is stapled up and the holes are filled with putty. Under some conditions the putty turns brown especially when it was smeared thin.
Gently rubbing with Mr Clean Magic Eraser will usually remove the stain. 🌴
