I've checked your registration and you have the correct boxes checked off for Private Messages so you should be able to receive and send them.
Have a look in the Control Panel (CP). On the left-hand side of the page go down to Private Messages and click on Edit Folders.
PM's usually appear in the Standard Folder location or you may have set up a Custom Folder inadvertently and they are there.
Send a test PM to me and I will reply by PM so we can determine if it was sent and received.
