Furnace blows fuse

I replaced a blown fuse in the furnace circuit, cycled unit and shut down after it seemed to work fine but found the fuse blown again around 30 minutes later. I suspect a shorted wire but not sure. Does anyone know the wire path and or if there is conduit or junction boxes ?? 2006 Copper Canyon 2491RKS

Thanks
Rich
