rubber window gasket

on the outside windows of every camper i have had the black rubber seal that fits into window frame that seal against window they pull away from the rounded corners what has anyone else done about this. the camper is less than year old they just seem to shrink and pull maybe some adhesive to hold?

I have the same problem. I slid the trim over to fix the corner, but now I have a gap in the middle. I filled it with silicone, but it doesn't look so good.
