We bought a tornado fan at Costco and blow cold air from the bedroom unit into the main area. We keep the bedroom unit colder. I also found the temperature sensor is not at the thermostat in the hall but rather in the unit in the main room. Thus the temp the thermostat is set at and temperature shows about 4 to 5 degrees high than the thermostat is set at. To help I found the sensor and dropped it through the grating of the ac unit now it stays with in a couple degrees of the thermostat setting. We live and camp in south alabama so ac is very important to us. These two things helped us a bunch
