Generator runs no 120vac in trailer

Normally kept the trailer plugged in. New storage location is not an option. With the generator running, the microwave has no display and neither ac unit works. I suspect the auto transfer switch is not transferring. I am not exactly sure where the transfer switch is located in my 2017 carbon. Is it located in the compartment with the water heater?

First make sure the breakers at the gen are on. Your transfer switch will probably be behind the rear wall of the front storage compartment.

Thanks. I did check the breakers at the generator. They are firmly in place not mushy. I cycled them on and off as well just in case.
