Leaking window -

Hey, anyone have a suggestion on how to stop this leak? I caulked the top where the window and rv meet.

When using the furnace &/or the cook top leave the roof vents opened a bit. Running a dehumidifier inside would be recommended also.
That appears to be condensation rather than a leaking window.

Thanks, travelin texans.

I'm currently in Texas, close to Houston where it's raining like crazy. I've only had this problem a few times when the rain is heavy and sideways. So I don't think it's condensation.

I’m thinking the window seal has failed. You’ll need to remove the window to fix it, so I would use towels and what ever else until the rain quits.

I guess a good question would be how much is it "leaking" is it constantly dripping during these storms, or just an occasional drip or so?

Cold driving rain will create heaver condensation on the window surface. So the question is the window covered with heavy condensation during these rains?

If that is not the cast I go with Chuckster's thoughts.

Leaky Window?

Are you sure it is the window leaking? Do you have a speaker above the window? I just ran into this issue. Turns out the water was coming in the speaker, running down the wall where I could not see it and down the inside of the window which made me think it was the window leaking

It was raining so hard, the water was overrunning the gutter, water would go over the closed awning, cling to the awning, and then run down the wall right into my speaker and into the camper. My speaker was shot, the paper separated from the frame of the speaker which allowed the water to run in. I had to see it to believe it.
