Save yourself the headaches of attempting to get warranty to fix these things and just do it yourself, and fix it right. Brace the end supports, the middle support, from the floor up. Replace the plywood bottom with a heavier plywood.

If you let the RV dealership warranty fix it, they'll just reattach the same board with the same staple and the next time you sit on it, it will give way again.

Do it yourself and it will be done right.
X2 I agree.

I agree with you and Northofu1, I got one of the smallest ones, and needed to replace the sawdust board cabinet frame under the kitchen sink due to water damage. Also built a replacement face frame for the entertainment cabinet, both came out great! Now both solid oak!

It's not just a Keystone problem. I had that same poor construction on the queen size bed support in our previous Grand Design.

My opinion is that everything you are able to fix will be a BETTER repair than anything the dealer will do for you.

If there's any repair you're on the fence wondering whether or not you're able, post pictures and ask questions. Then decide whether you want to tackle it or leave it for the dealer.
