Question Keystone Outback outlets not working

We have just purchased a new 2021 Keystone Outback 340BH in June. The outlets in the kitchen island, tv, dinette and couch area have stopped working. A/C, fridge & micro still work. Bedroom, bathroom and bunk room outlets still work. Outdoor kitchen still works. Outdoor outlet by door does not work.

We have made sure breaker is good. GFCI outlet is good as well.

I have spoken with both Keystone and the dealer they believe there is a short, disconnect, loose wire somewhere but I haven't been able to find it. They can't get in for warranty service for 3 months and then would need to keep it for possibly months. We live full-time so this is not an option.

Question is- does anyone have a wiring diagram? Or any advice where to look. I am fairly knowledgeable in electric & handy enough to make repairs myself. Hoping I don't have to take the belly out to find the problem. Thank you in advance.

By the locations it sure sounds like you may have another gfci plug that is tripped. Have you made double sure there isn't one? Your bathroom is working which requires one. The kitchen island and outside plug do as well.

I'd bet $$ on a GFCI you haven't found yet!

I'm going with the second GFCI outlet. I'd put money on it.

Just curious...do you make certain the breaker is off when you plug into power, and unplug, your shore power?

After 5 days I suspect the OP found the other GFCI outlet.

Or he is too busy looking for it to take time to log onto the forum. His last activity was 10-04-2021 05:15 PM, about 2 hours and 9 minutes after posting the question.....

Oh dear....he might have electrocuted himself trying to fix it and everyone who gave him advice will be arrested for contributory accessory to manslaughter and this site will be canceled and held to account....

Gee, it is so terrible to be "woke"

I liked it better when I was just plain ignorant, stupids, and happy.

I like the odds....50-50-50
I wish I could choose a curtain, instead

Now, serous question, sorta.
Does it get worse in here, during winter slowdown?

Since that "serous question" (Nobody is bleeding, BTW) is off topic, if you really want an answer to it, start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum to ask for other member's thoughts about the topic. This thread is not "yours to troll with off topic comments".

For what it's worth. We had a similar situation, 4 dead outlets all on the same circuit (later on I realized it was 5 because there was a 120vac whip the factory ran but never put an outlet on the end of it). I thought it might be a GFI but it wasn't. It turned out to be a crap wiring job in the outlet on the passenger side of the bed. Three runs of romex went into that outlet. Factory worker failed to crimp all three neutral wires into place. I pried the back off of each outlet, one at a time, looking for a bad connection. Murphy's law, it was the last possible outlet to check that contained the problem. Had to use household outlet and box extender to fix it. On the up side, I gained the 5th outlet I put on the whip.
