Furrion AC noise/vibration

Hey got a new Sprinter with the 14.5 BTU AC in the bedroom, it’s the one with the two twisting control knobs. We had been running it on cold mode max, cus we didn’t know not to( our seller didn’t tell us anything about the rig or how to operate or maintain anything. We’ve done the best we could learning on our own.)
It started making loud roar and a bit of a vibration after running for a long time at a much cooler campground than our previous one.

I think it may have frozen over since we did not know to use the Fan mode as the normal
mode of operation.
Does this sound consistent with freezing up?
The bedroom always feels kind of moist or clammy but that would make sense if the condenser is running and blowing moist air instead of letting the fan mode bring in dry air.
