Stackable washer/dryer

This is question is related to our stackable washer/dryer. Our 2021 RV, 331RLS MHC has been plugged in and we moved it and plugged back in and no issues. When I got in the RV to open slides back up I heard the washer running. There was an F?? code displayed and it eventually shut off. It will now not open and although it will turn on it only makes a noise and will not do anything else. We flipped the breaker to try and reset bec we couldn’t access plug.

I read thru some troubleshooting and nothing has helped. Anyone ever had this issue or maybe guidance? It’s brand new RV and this past wknd was our first “real” see if everything works. Thanks!

Is there water in the washer? Will it drain?

DW used a dryer sheet in a load and it got sucked into the pump causing it to stop. It couldn't drain, had a code on it but don't remember what and locked the door. Had to remove the sheet from the impeller to get it to drain then it unlocked and has worked fine since. I wanted to pull the impeller but couldn't find a way so called the tech assistance (it's not); they were quick and responsive so you might give that a try. The number was in the manual.

It had never been used. Brand new. Someone on another group stated I needed to physically unplug it for 10 seconds. Now the obstacle is getting to the outlet. Ugh

Unplugging it is removing the power; just flip the breaker to it.

Kill the 30/50 amp to the whole RV if you are not sure of the breaker.

We did flip the breaker and nothing has worked.

It’s under warranty, I would take it in. There is a series of testing procedures and the F should have been followed with a number.
