Screen Removal

I have a 2003 294RLS Cougar TT; I am trying to clean mold that is growing inside the frame of the two side windows on my slide. There are little black 'clips' that I can't get off. I have read prior posts on this subject and don't even begin to understand the suggestions. I finally was able to get the window open but the mold is in the portion that doesn't clear the screen. It's getting really bad. So if I end up breaking the clips is there another way to reattach the frame? My husband is disabled and not able to do this, so I am kind of lost. HELP?????

NEVER MIND! Figured it out - yay!!!

Try just lifting up on the screen frame, and see if the bottom clears the frame.

Hi everyone, this was a real headache for me too. I just wanted to clarify that there are small spring tabs on one side of the screen frame. My frames have 4 black metal fixtures on either side, that hold the screen in place. Push the screen to the "spring tab side" (it will kind of collapse) leaving the other side free to be removed. Hope this helps!
