This seems to be the general consensus. Many of their dealers have no service department to speak of. I found a local mobile repairman that has taken care of the majority of work done on my toy hauler, to include Camping World's own extended warranty work. It seems there's no such thing as service after the sale at most of these places.
And, is it just me, or does it seem the roofs on campers/fifth wheels is like the Achilles Heel? Always something! That why I had a lifetime roof put on mine.
