Water pump question

I have a 2013 Keystone Springdale Summerland 2600tb. Everything I've read says to make sure the water pump is off if your fresh water tank is empty. My camper is sitting in my driveway. I do have it hooked up to electricity, but not water.

My question is WHERE is the on/off switch for the water pump located? I can't seem to find the information in my owner's manual.

The pump switch is probably located on the tank status indicator panel.

Note that having it hooked up to water would imply that you're using city water and not your fresh water tank. It's only when you're not hooked up to city water that you use the water pump and fresh water tank (if you want water).

I would keep some water in the fresh water tank, just so you have access to some water while on the road - or otherwise not hooked up to city water. That way, if you want to use the bathroom while on the road, you can still flush and wash your hands, etc.

You don't have to keep very much. I keep mine about 1/4 full (give or take).
