Grey Tank Valve

Our gallery grey tank sensors were showing half full so I decided to close and clean. After closing and filling the grey tank it will not drain. The handle feels like it is opening not just flopping around but nothing drains. The front Black and grey tanks are on cables and work just fine. Unfortunately the underpinning covers everything so it will have to come down in order to work on it or to just see what parts are needed. Any other suggestions on what could be the problem?

What did you mean when you said “close and clean”. Was the tank draining before?

I think the obvious answer is there's a disconnect between the handle and the valve. The only way to know where is to visually see what the issue is. Could be cable or extension tube unscrewed or the valve itself is broken. If you turn the valve handle clockwise and it doesn't "tighten up" and work than either dropping the coroplast or cutting abflap in to to look is in order.
