Wiring in walls

I want to cut a 5" vent hole in the wall of my 2007 Montana 5th wheel so I can vent a portable AC unit. It will be in the bedroom just in front of the dresser. There's an electrical outlet there, so I need to know if it would be better to put the hole above the outlet or below it? I'll sort of disguise the hole on the outside by using a dryer vent cover.

Are the wires more likely to go up to the roof or down to the storage area? There are outlets and lights in the storage area under the bedroom.

All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Pull the outlet out and check for yourself? Who knows what they did?
One of my outlets has little swing arms to hold it in, pretty clever for a very thin wall material.
Unplug the AC source or throw the breaker(s) before doing so.

5” hole? Dryer vent kits use a 4” hole. I use a 4 1/8” hole saw. If you use a 5” hole, you may have an issue.

I' guessing the OP"s dryer vent was descriptive not an actual dryer vent tubing. I've seen those exhaust hoses from a Roll around style air conditioners come in different sizes. They typically connect to a plastic adapter that you place under a window sash.
