Hello from Hot, Humid Florida

Hi folks, just checking in from the Sunshine State. I'm up in the "armpit", otherwise known as the panhandle, AKA Hurricane Alley. We are currently full timing it in our Fuzion FZ 405 Toy Hauler. Looking to move north towards the end of this year, maybe Tennessee, North Carolina. Been in Florida too long and want to be somewhere that has more than two seasons!

I have no idea how you handle the humidity, was in Florida 20+ years ago on our honey moon and could not take it. I remember driving and seeing highway workers working with full coveralls on! Yikes!

Good luck with your move!

Welcome from W TX! Yep, it gets warm/humid there. We spend the winters just south of you (about 30 miles or so) but bail out come April.

Headed to panhandle late fall to early spring, been to Mexico Beach/Port St. Joe area last couple winters, nice. Get in some golf and fishing, but, the wife insists we head north before the snakes come out. lol

Yes it's beautiful during the cooler months. I'm familiar with the area you're talking about. Very nice, secluded.
