Happpy fathers day!

I had a great one. The son smoked some baby back ribs and brought them over. His girlfriend made my favorite carrot cake. The daughter and son in law made "smashed potatoes" and cream spinach.
The DW marinated some tomatoes. All good stuff and a great get together.
Afterwards we had a sip of Makers Mark cask strength.
Great day.

Great day.
Sounds great. All on the list of my favorites.

My son texted me happy father's day from 40W over the Atlantic westbound to Pittsburg from Shannon. The plane he flies has SAT WIFI. It was a good day knowing he's doing what he loves. Yeah, I'm proud of him. , son!

We went camping after my nephews wedding on Friday. My DH was doing what he loves the most to do. BBQing some shishkabob and rice as a side. Sitting by the campfire with some beverages. One son skyped from Germany and the other from School. It was a great weekend. No rain until Monday night - then all hell broke loose. Glad we have the TT that we do. Lots of room to get comfy and listen to the rain.
