Kitchen faucet

Our faucet is the pull out with sprayer type. It has low water flow compared to rest of RV. I unscrewed it from the base and water had lots of pressure. Looking at the bottom of the faucet while unscrewed, there is a valve that looks like it is to stop water from going back down the line when water off. Is it needed? Doesn't seem that I can push it in too much, so I assume this is my restriction.

Thanks for any info,

Steve

It sounds like I have the same faucet. I also have low flow from it. I took the thing completely apart looking for a flow restictor in the valve assembly and couldn't find one. I think the holes bored into the valve body (hot/cold mixer) are the restricting factor and I didn't dare drill them.
