Broken manual slide out bracket

I have reverse screw bits, but am Leary about the best procedure. Since I have no access to the backside of this bracket, I don't want to make things worse. Suggestions? Thanks!

I fixed the URL, it appears when I select edit, and I tested the URL successfully, but when I hit save, it doesn't go to the original post
