Floor Replaced but lingering odor
Had the dreaded floor issue back in 2020 and Keystone did us right and replaced it with the hyperdeck. Since then there has been a lingering odor which I thought might be off gassing from the new floor. Well its been two years and no matter what I try there is a lingering odor. Roof vents open all year, damp rid baskets all over RV, febreeze, you name it. Its not powerful just lingers and wont go away.
Odor is worse in the areas that had the most floor damage. Camp kitchen, near main entry door and front compartment baggage. No visible stains, no delamination, no leaks, just an odor that stays. Does not smell musty like a basement just an odd odor. Strongest as you get closer to the bottom of the walls that came in contact with the wet floor.
Common sense tells me its related to the original damage and fear its something growing inside the laminated wall. Has anyone who had their floor replaced in their ultralight (Passport Bullet, etc)experienced lingering odors? I contacted Keystone but I know there is a wealth of knowledgeable and experienced fellow campers in these forums.
