Bulges in front of keystone passport

I noticed a bulge in the front of my trailer the other day. When looking further I noticed another one toward the top on the right side and directly across on the left side was an indentation. I don’t know much about how they are designed but wouid seem to be an issue with support braces that run from side to side. I’ve attached a few pictures, not all showed up great when taking a picture.

If you transferred the warranty to you at the time of purchase, there's a good chance that the damage in your photos is covered under the 3 year structural warranty. If you didn't transfer the warranty, you might still be able to do so. Contact Keystone Customer Service to discuss how/if you can transfer the warranty.

While there's a chance that Keystone will consider this as "water damage" (it's hard to tell exactly what is going on with your trailer from the photos) there's an equally good chance that they will consider it as "structural damage" and cover it. The only way to know for sure is to verify that you do have the structural warranty in your name and that it is active. Then, start the process to get a dealership to inspect, evaluate and report their findings.

It may be a long shot, but I wouldn't discount any help from Keystone until you see what you qualify for and what Keystone will do.

Maybe it's just my monitor or my scepticism but that looks to me like a bad repair job that wasn't done properly.

When I first saw it I thought old repair. But then I saw a couple more spots. I also confirmed with the dealer that it was not there when we bought it which was February I believe. I know about the three year structural warranty but didn’t know I had to transfer or register anything. I. Guess I’ll start looking into that and hopefully it’ll be covered

Did this just pop-up, or was it always there? I kind of agree with the above poster, it's damage of some sort. If it did not exist before, is it possible you might have clipped a low tree branch?

I have not hit anything at least that I know of. This weekend is only our third trip in it.

This is the procedure to transfer the warranty to you. It's in the 2021 Owner's Manual.

"Transferability: This Limited Structural Warranty may be transferred by the first retail purchaser to a subsequent retail
purchaser; however, the Limited Structural Warranty will in no way be extended beyond the three (3) year coverage
period. For the second retail purchaser to receive the unexpired balance of the structural warranty coverage as described
above, after purchasing the RV you must go to our website at www.keystonerv.com and provide Keystone your VIN,
name, address, phone, and email address (proof of purchase may be requested). You may also notify Keystone of the
transfer by phone at (866) 425-4369 or by email at [email protected].
PLEASE NOTE: The limited three-year structural warranty is not part of the separate limited base warranty provided with
the RV. The Limited Structural Warranty will terminate on the third-year anniversary date from the date of the first retail
purchase"

Sent pictures to the dealer and they said they see if every once in a while from fiberglass expanding and contracting. As long as No crack no urgent issue. They are going to send pictures to keystone for possible warranty coverage, which it better cover it lol.

Your last photo (#4) shows what looks to be about a 4 or 5 inch crack running from the corner aluminum molding toward the trailer centerline. I'd suspect that will start leaking pretty soon if it hasn't already...

The other bulges don't look to have developed into a crack, but that last one sure looks "past the bulge state"...

It’s not a crack yet. If it does I’ll apply some silicone. I discovered this today also on the bottom left.
