I would think you know this, but if not water runs down. So look up, that could be coming down the inside of the slide walls and puddles on the floor. Questions would be have you been using it when raining. Do you think it came it while slide open or closed. Do you pull it it rain, road spray could come up and forced in.
Water damage is an investigation. Where you find it is where in ended up not entered. Checks would be roof, walls above slide, slide seals, slide corners, windows. As you remove flooring you might see patterns of were the water flowed.
