Those trim strips are "cheap luan or plastic base material wrapped with "contact paper" printed to match the luan wallboard vinyl covering (wall paper). The last time I bought any (about 8 or 10 years ago) it was $0.96 per 8' strip.
If you're wanting "warranty repairs" (and your trailer is still in the 1 year warranty) the dealer should honor the repairs. Plan on making an appointment that will probably be 6-8 weeks out, and the dealer will likely want your trailer for several weeks (possibly another 6-8 weeks) to process the claim, order materials, receive them and then drag the trailer into a service bay to pull the old strips out and use some "commercial scissors" to cut the new ones to size and staple them in place....
When you consider the cost to tow the trailer to the dealer, your time and gas, the lost use time (while you still make 1 or 2 or 3 monthly payments) and the cost to return to the dealership to pick it up and take it back home, you're going to spend "SIGNIFICANTLY" more time, effort and money having those molding strips replaced under the "free warranty"....
If you're relatively handy with tools, you can do it yourself in an afternoon and probably do a better job than the dealer would have done. An "added bonus" is that your trailer is not sitting at the dealership, subject to be "bumped into, scratched, scraped or damaged" by an unknown person. Your batteries won't be "discharged to zero" over the time it sits not plugged into shore power.
If you're sure there's no water damage, I'd simply contact the dealer with the photos you posted here, ask them to provide you with the needed trim strips, pull the old ones off the trailer walls and either staple or nail the new ones in place. You might consider some adhesive to hold them to the walls, but I'd advise not to use adhesive because should the vinyl shrink again, you really don't want to deal with the damage caused by "chipping trim strips that are permanently glued to cheap luan wallboard"...
To me, this is a classic example of "what not to try to get done at the dealership"....
