First off if the battery is dead, you must be plugged into shore power, otherwise you wouldn’t get any spark.
Turn your propane crylinders off. Disconnect the lines ( pigtails) at the cylinder. Let them sit for 15 seconds and then hook them back up. Turn on the cylinder SLOWLY. If you have 2 tanks with a switchover make sure it’s pointed to the tank you turned on. Post back what happens. You may want to start by lighting the stove first.
