In Command

I am having troubles with my In Command staying connected to the BCM. I have to power down the control center and restart. Seems too often ?? Anyone else have this problem or ideas why?

Thanks

My does the same, occasionally have to reset the BCM via battery discount to get it resync’ed. It wireless so I suspect random RF will mess it up at times. Newer ones are wired to the BCM.

Couple of items to check....

On BCM check the 12 VDC connection for man DC power to BCM and BCM ground wires to make sure they are tight

Have you checked to see what version of firmware you are running and if it’s out of date DL the latest firmware and install

Call Jensen ASE Tech Support during business hours... they can offer additional info straight from the horses mouth
