it would be best if you measured it yourself. It will change as you use the jack. I would imagine you would want to measure to the top of the ball with the trailer level. If you are looking for a hitch height, don't forget that the TV will sag a bit as weight is applied, so adjusting your hitch may be a bit of trial and error. You want it level for towing.

Thanks Craigidywild but here is my dilemma is that Im installing a Pro pride hitch system and where I store my Trailer it is very uneven pavement. So i want to be in the ball park to at least set it up and then after wards make my adjustments.

Most common is 23" from the ground to top of ball.

If the "A" portion of your front section of the frame is mounted to the underside of the rest of the TT's frame running front to back like most are, take a measurement between the two axles from the concrete to the underside of the frame since the ball socket is at the top of the "A" section of the frame. That will give you the most accurate ball height even on concrete you think is level.

Mine measures 24 inches but is a 23RB with a shorter version of your BAL frame.

The top of my 2810s hitch was at 24" when I upgraded to my F350. I have now lowered it to 23 by lowering the hitch head on the shank.
