Slide out while hitched

Is it o.k. to extend my super-slide for one night while still hitched to the truck?
If yes, should I put jack stabilizers down. Some are saying it's o.k as long as you're level. Please advise.

We always put our out when loading it up without being level. No problems as yes and no one never told us to not to put them out while hitched.

Interesting question what others will say

If we stop to fix lunch, or give the dogs a potty break, we put the slides out. Never had a problem.
