2013 Ram 1500 with air suspension

Recently ordered a new Ram 1500 Laramie with the 4 corners load leveling air suspension. Wondering if anyone has towed a TT with this type of suspension and what are your thoughts? MY TT is a Passport 2300BH, ~4400 lbs dry.

Thanks.

We have a 3500 dodge that I installed air bags on the rear made a diff in towing the 5th wheel.

Good luck with your new truck and post pics.

On the new trucks Are they just air bags added to the spring suspension or true air ride. ?

Looks like an air suspension without springs. Diagram in brochure doesn't show springs.

You will find it harder to set up a WD hitch. The air suspension tries to compensate for the changes the WD hitch makes.

Check the Ram trucks sites...I think the max. towing is 6700lbs for the new air suspension trucks.
