Matching Spare Wheel
My spare is a steel wheel while I have aluminum wheels on my fiver. When I replace my Towmax tires with Maxxis this spring, I would like a matching spare so I can rotate the spare on a regular basis. I'm sure I can order from my dealer at full price, but is there a better source?

Thanks, Ron. I may have to wade out into a foot of snow, lift the cover and take a picture to compare with Tredit's stock.

Power King ST Tires Available
Today I replaced all five (5) tires on my Montana High Country with heavier tires. I purchased the 5W in January 2013 from an individual who purchased it new in August 2012 and wanted to upgrade to a motorhome.
Four of the tires have less than 1000 miles on them and the spare is "new".
If you want them (used tire prices), reply to this thread with contact info.

Thanks, but I want to upgrade my tires prior to a trip to the Southwest, not just move sideways.

Just to close this thread out, I've decided against a matching spare wheel per advice on RV.Net where I was reminded that RV tires wear out from age more than tread life so no need to rotate. Now with my 10K GVWR fiver, I have to decide whether to go with Maxxis D rated (2540lbs @ 65lbs) or E rated probably run at 70-75 lbs. About 1500-1600 lbs on the pin leaves 8500 or about 2100 on each tire if fully loaded. I actually run about 9K loaded.

Let me know what you come up with big guy. I might need to mimic you on your choice of heavier tire for mine.
If you are planning on travelling thru ST Louis, PM me with date(s).

Sure, RedOne, but thought you were in Illinois. Is SL on the border with IL?
Anyway, although tempted to save the money with Load Range D, I will probably go with LR E for about $80 more for 4. Even at 70psi, they will have more margin than the Ds. Here is a link to the Maxxis inflation chart:

Wish you had 14" wheels... I'd trade even up just to get ride of these aluminum wheels... I hate them, always having to torque them and worry about them getting a little chip... I'll take steel any day..

Only my spare is steel anyway.

Yep, STL is right on the Mississippi River...hence the Arch on the riverfront.
We are located South of the City on the East side of the Big Muddy.
