2022 330KBS Furnace Issue

I have a 2022 330KBS and recently went out of town and left the furnace on a very low temperature to ensure the RV was warmer than the freezing temps outside. When I returned today, I had run out of propone (I think last night from the temps on a WIFI I have in the RV). Now when the furnace starts the cycle, it does not ignite. I tried a new propane tank with no luck (20lb instead of a 30lb because that is what I had available).

I can run the burners on the stove without any issue and the indicator for the tanks is pointing to the correct tank.

Any thoughts/ideas?

Hi,

Are you plugged into shore power or on batteries?

If only on batteries, are they fully charged? If batteries are weak, they will not spin the furnace fan fast enough to close the sail switch and the ignitor will never fire.

Does it attempt to ignite...ie: you can hear the igniter clicking? Or does the fan just run and then shut off?

Which furnace do you have. It may be in “lock out” mode. You can try disconnecting 12V from the trailer for 30 seconds.
