Because all of us are different and have different ideas about camping experiences, it's hard to base a judgment on only one review. So, I checked some other Campground Reviews using a simple internet search and found several web sites with reviews. I read through a number of these:

Based on the reviews, the grounds, activities, museum, and everything else is a wonderful experience, although complaints about the cost. BUT, the campground appears to have more negative comments than positive, mostly what the OP stated above, plus more, like theft and stalking by campground employees and theft with no support from management.
Well, read them for yourself and base your own opinion. Again, I think reviews are often prejudiced based on what one's expectations are. And as everyone knows, we all have different expectations.
Granted, a longer RV rig, 40 footer motor home, fifth wheel, or travel trailer may have difficulty navigating the sites. Where as an 18 foot travel trailer, or even a tent camper will have absolutely no issues at all. So, in the end, it boils down to what one's pre-conceived ideas are and their personal expectations if the camping experience is poor, satisfactory, or excellent.
I will probably never go there. Charging $50 non refundable for having a dog is just something that I'll neverr pay. I'll pass on this one!
