Bedroom slide is electric. Last time I retraced it only came in 3/4 of the way and stopped. Seemed like a fuse had blown. I checked all the fuses in the control panel, and they all looked good. I checked all the inline fuses in the battery compartment. All looked good. I metered the power wire to the slide controller and there is no power there. I ran a jumper wire from the battery direct to the slide controller power connection and everything worked fine. Just like it was supposed too. The power wire heads off in the underbelly towards the control panel in the RV. Does anyone know if there is an inline fuse somewhere on that power wire? Or in behind the main slide button control panel?

You may have a 12 volt circuit breaker instead of a fuse, and that may have failed. It will look like this in the photo and may have a red plastic cover on it.

Look for the circuit breaker as previously noted. A guse can "look good" but not carry current. The only way to conirm is with a meter or 12 vdc test light.

Update. It turned out to be the power wire back in the underbelly behind the wall had pulled out of the marrette. The wires were never put together properly in marrette. Poor workmanship.
