Most people would suggest that you run your ST tires at the maximum sidewall pressure at all times. That gives you the maximum load carrying capacity and the least rolling resistance. While "truck tires" should be managed at varying pressure depending on load, which saves tread to lengthen the tire life, ST tires will almost always "age out" (5 years) long before they "wear out", so with the exception of some unique situations, running maximum sidewall pressure provides the "best of all situations for most situations".
