KeyTV replaced

After a bunch of back and forth with the dealer and Keystone, I got my KeyTV unit replaced yesterday. According to the service tech - this will not fix the problem because he believes it's a design problem (doesn't dissipate heat). And actually - he may be right. It works great for a few hours then it drops all the channels. The new unit was manufactured 6 months AFTER the one they took out so maybe they made some changes.

It's going to be spring before I can give it a really good test - I hope he is wrong.
