Water in freezer

We parked our rv for a couple weeks and left our fridge and freezer partially open (with provided clips). RV was basically tirned off. Fridge was off. When we started to get the RV ready for living we found water in the bottom of freezer. There was no food in the fridge or freezer.
Very warm weather outside. I was thinking just condensation. But any thoughts out there. Note. Brand new RV.

Most likely you had frost on the freezer rear wall when you shut it off. It melted and collected in the freezer, Very common. When we are done, I let the fridge/freezer warm up and then wipe them both out.

When we shut ours down we just take a towel and place in the bottom of the freezer to absorb the water as it defrosts. Next day pull it out and use a dry one to clean it up.

If you don't clean up the water be prepared to clean up some mold on the next outing.
