Stanley Cup Playoffs

So I'm leaving for Holidays Friday morning and will be around Grand Coulee Friday night.

Any chance of picking up game 5 of the playoffs over the air in that area?

Not real sure I want to after last nights blowout, but I'll see how I feel after game 4.

I'm hoping if it goes to Monday that I can catch it in Salt Lake.

Talking Stanley cup playoffs

I thought the last game was great apart from the injury. Hope to see the same tonight. Al

I thought I was in Odds 'n Ends.

Nice job after game 7 Canucks fans. I was there in 94 and new it would happen again. The NHL should move that team to a classier city. I am embarrassed to be a Canadian.

Almost all of the thugs who turned over cars, stomped on them and set them on fire were not "Canuck fans". The majority of the criminals who smashed windows, looted and vandalized stores, were not "Canuck fans". Nearly all of the goons who started fights and taunted the police were not "Canuck fans".
If they aren't hockey fans, then who are these people? They are drunken thugs, criminals and doped-up goons whose combined IQ equals the number of goals Vancouver scored in this final game - ZERO!
These low-lifes did not come to the downtown area to watch the game or cheer for the Canucks. They are not Canuck fans. The instigators came to instigate, to cause trouble and to riot. When you find out why so many morons live in Vancouver, let the Mayor know.
Perhaps the NHL could move the Canucks to Medicine Hat or Lethbridge, Alberta ----- much classier places than Vancouver, BC
Embarassing? For sure. But don't apologize for being a Canadian and try not to blame the 2.3 million residents of Metro Vancouver who behaved themselves and acted "classy" because of the actions of a few hundred idiots who crawled out of their holes on Wednesday night.

I would have to agree with you Festus2. Anything that can give those idiots a cover and allow them to act like jerks and spoil the moment they are in there and paint the whole group with the same brush. I am hoping that our Laws will prosecute them to the fullest and not let them do the time served crap or it happened in the heat of the moment or they suffer from some "I loose it when there is a crowd syndrome" and need counseling and help. It is now time for the lawmakers to do their job and teach them that this type of action is not acceptable.

Howdy All;

I am not a Canadian nor have I portrayed one on TV (television).

I also realize that when there is a large number of folks in a smallish area (example; a city ), there will be an equally appropreate number of a&&holes. If the ratio is, say 1:10 then 2,500 A-holes would be about correct.

This is only one of many reasons I prefer to live in a small town far and away from the bright lights and hussle & bussle of a thriving metropolis
(Salt Lake City(?) is over 100 miles from here!).

Nothing to be ashamed of, blame it on the Southern Cousins that came over for the game.....Everybody else does...
