Was he a newbie?

I spotted a guy pulling a TT with a Camping World insert in the license plate holder pass me. The rear steps were extended and nearly hitting the roadway. I caught up with him and noticed the dump valve open with brown stuff pouring out. I stopped along him at the next stop light, opened the window to let him know. Light turned green as I waved at him and he waved back as he took off.
He made a right turn onto the freeway as sparks went flying, I just kept going on the side street.
In Oregon having a uncapped dump valve is 150 bucks, unknown what ID would charge, but I bet they have the same law and maybe more if the brown stuff is pouring out.

A novice with more money than common sense?

A thief with an "investment in parts for sale"?

A drug dealer with the next meth lab on wheels?

A "friend" with a borrowed RV that he's taking back to the owner?

A RV salesman taking trailers back to the sales lot on Monday morning after a weekend RV show?

Just a few of the reasons for an attitude of "I don't give a ****"

I agree with the RV salesman that used a trailer from the store to go "camping" and really doesn't have a clue what he needs to do, yet sells the things as a "job"....
Probably a car salesmen that got into selling TT's...

Theft did quickly cross my mind when I noted the dump valve spilling stuff. I looked for remains of hose still attached and it had been removed. No windows where left open and no cords dragging. The waste tank was spilling during bumps and curves. A repo came to mind also.
