Exclamation Front Nose Cap Seal Replacement?

Was wondering if anybody has had the front nose cap rubber seal split like this? Will have to replace it (of course), can anybody point me on where to purchase a new one? Went to the Keystone Website and they do not have anything about this. This on a 2021 Keystone Passport GT 2820BH.

I believe you would be looking for trim insert molding. Here is a link to one kind;

https://www.amazon.com/JR-Products-1...39&sr=8-9&th=1

I always buy 1" wide as well as heavy duty vinyl. You can get it from Amazon or many other RV supply stores.

Thank you. I didn't know what it is called. Now that you said it, it makes sense. I will replace immediately. Thank you again.

If that section has deteriorated, then the remaining 3 corners are soon to follow, ask me how I know

Mine went bad within the first 6 months. Had dealer replace it. Installer left too much slack and on the way home both seals were flapping in the wind. I ended up lightly spraying clear flex seal over it and it did the job.

If the edges are inserted correctly, you can’t have too much slack. Just sayin, YMMV. I think the installer didn’t do it right.

Easy replacement of the moulding insert.
They gave me some while on factory tour at Keystone.
Mine was coming loose on my Cougar.

But it is cheaper on Amazon rather than RV dealer or Manf.

The edges were fully inserted in the slots but the bottom where the screw holds it down wasn’t pulled tight. I whole heartedly agree the installer didn’t do it right.
