Start with a close by camp ground to test everything out. Then venture out further. Welcome and enjoy it’s great to get out

As was mentioned, make the first place close by. My very first trailer it was in the street in front of the house - found a bad furnace and they came out and replaced it sitting in the street. Another one was maybe 5 miles from the dealer and found a couple of things that they took care of right away. You don't want to find a show stopper 500 miles from home.

After that looks like you live in a pretty good area to find some nice camping spots. Google those that look interesting to find the amenities and read some of the reviews then call them and set it up. Good luck and have fun.

Thanks everyone, I have the TT in my driveway now, and set up, I will spend some time getting to know how everything works. I have booked our first campsite about 100 miles from the house, so I have about a month to get everything together and understood

We have a similar TT and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Welcome from Georgia! You've found a great forum. Dont be afraid to ask questions.
