Spongy front and back

We bought our first TT in the spring, a 2018 Passport 2400 BH ultra light grand touring. We've been out several times without any problems, but thought we'd ask if any of you know why the front and back of these trailers give a little when pressed on. I've checked other Passports on the lot and they all do the same. They just don't feel solid like the walls do. Thanks for your insights.
