Tub drain issues

Wife recently obtained a 2013 Keystone Cougar 30FKV. After taking shower tub filled half way and does not drain.
Being a new to her camper, I snaked the darin and evacuated all the water I could with a shop vac. Still did not help. yes belly valve was opened. Still won,t drain. I know nothing more I can do. PLEASE share info if you can.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum

Specs say you have 1 black and 1 gray tank. Do you know if the tank drains are cable pull or just a rod sticking out? I would be checking to see if the drain valve is even operating.

If it is then your drain valve is probably plugged with gunk…seen it before and it’s a mess to clean up.

Floor plan shows the kitchen up in the nose and bath stuff in the middle. I would think there would be a galley tank as well as one for bath/shower (gray).

The specs say black water is 28 gallons and grey water is 56 gallons, so that tells me you have a 28 gallon grey tank and a 28 gallon galley tank. Keystone only shows total grey capacity on their products. It's likely there is another drain pull for that bath tank.

I must have been looking at a different web site. 56 gallons of gray would mean 2 separate tanks.

Exactly, way too big of a tank for the size of this trailer. This is a listing for that one https://www.jdpower.com/rvs/2013/key.../6024016/specs An example of how they spec out their trailers is this listing for the same model we have. It shows only one grey tank, 93 gallons, which is a huge tank if it were just one, but we really have a 53 gallon grey tank and a 40 gallon galley tank. This listing also shows a 50 gallon black tank but the grey and the black tanks are identical, so the black tank is also 53 gallons. https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2012-...3402rl-tr11973

Yes, it will have 2 gray tanks by the looks/specs of it. OP have you pulled two gray tank valves (there will be a 3rd for the black tank)?

I wonder if this model has two separate drain locations?

The way it is designed I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Where your drain handles are located, I’m guessing you have two handles. Are there exposed pipes with the actual valves where you connect the drain hose? And if so, are the pipes the same size or is one pipe smaller than the other? Also, towards the middle or about where the bath is located, do you happen to see another drain outlet with a pull handle? It might be hidden underneath, maybe hard to see.

If I were to guess, based on the floor plan, the black and shower tank drain together in the middle of the RV. The galley tank, which does not seem to be an issue, is likely located up front in the RV and has its own drain outlet (otherwise a very long distance to the rear where the other tanks are).
The statement that the OP "snaked" the line scares me as there possible is a HepVO valve used in place of a "P" trap. HepVO valves do not react well to snakes (of any type).

Probably has two grey tanks… one for kitchen or second bath and the main shower/sink.
Whatever your specs are for grey tank take half of that for each tank. Some rigs will equalize between tanks while some don’t connect.

Try a grey tank dump and see if tub/shower level doesn’t go down.

Check for all 3 drain handles.
We've had 2 fall off while traveling.
Now we push it in & turn clockwise 3 or 4 turns before pulling a handle.
If it's fallen off or loose, be sure to put locktite on it.
Might be a good idea to locktite all 3 before it's to late.
