Keystone cougar 2020

I am trying to find out what amperage this trailer is and the people that sold it to us were not sure 30-50 amp. Does anyone know for sure

Look at your power cord or whatever it plugs into on the outside of your camper. Three contacts = 30A (hot, neutral and ground) and four contacts = 50A (hot 1, hot 2, neutral and ground).

Do you have 2 AC units?
That's usually a dead give away for 50 amp service. My power cord cover is labeled 30amp.

As George said you can look at the cord/plug or look for a sticker like this above where the connection is

50 amp has ground and 3 straight plugs
30 amp has ground and 2 slanted plugs

We have the 2020 Cougar 27RES and ours is 50 amp with only 1 AC unit. They did this to allow you to upgrade to a 2nd AC unit if you want too however unit runs fine on 30 Amp with 1 AC unit.
