Tow Vehicle Tire Wear
I have a strange tire wear problem on my 2015 F-350 SRW Platinum, Crew Cab long bed. Maybe someone here can identify the wear pattern and advise best action to correct.
Truck drives fine, maybe a slight pull to the right from road crown, no rattles or shakes. Seems like it’s only the driver front tire.

Camber/Toe-in combo problem. The only way to identify and correct is Alignment.
Not to late to rotate tires and at least salvage a bit more wear.

I suspect toe is causing the issue. Strange thing is I’ve had the truck aligned many times and it’s never seemed to improve. It’s always “in spec”, but that still leaves a lot of wiggle room.
Would toe be the likely cause for this?
Is this feathering?

Do you use the tow vehicle primarily for towing most of the time?
I had a full timer that had issues with tire wear. We had him hook up his unit and performed alignment with both units connected to dial it in. Resolved his wear issue.
His 5'er and 3400 lbs on the pin and would decrease his load on front axle and equate to outside tire wear. Found a lot of motorhomes after completion would of course have camber issue's due to added weight. Might be your problem

Mostly just my daily driver. Tow the 5th wheel every couple months.

Might consider a second opinion on alignment and shake front end down for worn ball joints / Tie rod ends?

Sounds to me like you need to find a new alighnment shop. There's no way to salvage that tire. You can get a little more wear by putting on the rear axle but once they get chopped up like that the wear will continue. How many miles on the truck? Ford Superduty trucks are noted for beating up front end components. Find a reputable shop that works on trucks and get it checked out.

I agree. Just because a place says they can do alignments doesn't mean anything. Some places should just say they "attempt" an alignment.
Bought a new Hummer without driving it (it was on the showroom floor so drove one right outside). It was loosey goosey driving on the highway. Took it back to the dealer THREE times telling them it needed adjustment. Every time they would return it to me and tell me it was "in spec". When I picked it up the 3rd time the tech came out as I was going to the truck. Extended his hand and in it was one of those 29 cent air gauges. He says "you know what this is" and I replied "broke"? He told me to watch that air pressure. Took him to the vehicle and opened the glove box with 3 of them in it. I left there and went to my standby local alignment shop, told them the issue and if nothing else toe it in a bit. They checked it, said it was out and I drove off with it driving like it should.
Moral? Just because they are a dealer, or an alignment shop, or say they "can" doesn't mean they can. I've had it happen before so I would get that "2nd opinion" and see if you can't get that fixed; it certainly isn't "within spec".

Danny reminds me of an experience I had way back in 1985. Bought a new Mercury Marquis and the steering wheel was crooked and it pulled to one side. Drove it around the block before purchase and told them to alighn it before I'd accept it. Next day they said fixed and we repeared the same process.
After the second "arrempt" I said the hell with it and took the car (the deal was just too good to walk away over the alighnment). I got in, drove it about 20 miles to a frame shop in Baltimore. They alighned the front end and said it had never had a wrench on it. I had the car undercoated prior to purchase so it was evident. I had them make a notation to that effect on the receipt. Went straight back to the dealer and had a little "discussion" with the owner of the dealership. So a full refund for the alighnment bill and free oil/filter changes for 3 years I felt better.
